2. Could the Revolutionary War been avoid.  Please give a full explanation of why or why it could not have been avoided.
3. What was “NO Taxation Without ______________ “all about?  Be sure to finish the statement and fully explain what it means.  Why did England feel it needed to tax the colonies and why the colonies thought they should not be taxed.
